Coeur Capital, an investment management firm based in Los Angeles, was founded in 2020 with the idea of applying a distinct analytical approach to real estate investing.  Named after our first investment in the Pacific Northwest city of Coeur d'Alene, we create value for investors through our recently launched investment fund which focuses on high-quality residential real estate in growth-focused markets.
